Blending with Lavender

Lavender is  a soothing, nurturing, comforting oil. It's like a warm hug in a bottle from your mom or grandma. It can help us feel protected, relaxed, nurtured and loved. The oil is distilled from the flowering tops of the Lavender plant and can be used for so many physical and emotional issues.

Heart Space

When my heart feels wounded from life, I add a drop of Lavender to my blends. But my favorite blend with Lavender is called Heart Space. It  softens the hardness I may be experiencing.

Add to your ultrasonic diffuser or oil burner in a well-ventilated area for short periods. It is recommended that you use your diffuser on the intermittent setting, or for 30 minutes on, 60 minutes off.

Safety:  This blend is created specifically for diffuser use only.

Open Seas

With the warmer weather arriving it's nice to spend time outside, especially by a lake or ocean. When this isn’t possible, it's nice to recreate the smell of the ocean with this simple blend.

In closing

Lavender is a lovely gentle oil, and it blends well with Bay, Chamomile, Bergamot, Citronella,

Jasmine, Clary Sage, Geranium, Mandarin. But, in all honesty, you can mix it with any other essential oil and create a wonderful blend. So, get your blending hats on and start playing. We’d love to hear what creations you’ve made using Lavender.
