NO. 185 - Fall Is In The Air is a transitional Floral Musk fragrance for women and men that heralds summer has given way to autumn. It echoes the first visceral moment where we register the change of season in the atmosphere.

Cooler air, dew rising in the evening grass and adorning the morning sunlight with diamonds. The vitality of the leaves wanes and the color starts to fade. Scent Profile

As you open the door onto the first cool morning of autumn, mist hangs over the garden. Wet, earthy dew gathers on fading Blackcurrant leaves, the color may be waning but the aromatics are still strong. Freshly fallen Apples and crushed Pine needles underfoot give us a last refreshing green burst to remind us that summer has begun to loosen its hold.

Pale petals of Lilac and Jasmine disappear into morning mist as it stretches towards a stand of trees showing the first changes of color. Every winding stem of Wild Rose and dropping arch of Lily of the Valley is silvered with moisture and glistening like diamonds in the dawn sunlight.

Understanding The IFRA Guidelines for Maximum Dilution

Maximum dilution for this fragrance oil depends on the products you are planning on making. It should be noted that maximum dilutions are from a safety aspect only, based on the chemical composition of the oil.

In some cases these are very high, because all components are relatively benign. These amounts are not necessarily recommendations of how much to use in your recipe. They may smell too strong or make the item prohibitively expensive to produce.

As long as you remain below the advised limits, you can be as generous or as frugal as you like. Use more, use less. We’ll leave the creative stuff to you.

Blending NO. 185
