Although the research related to the therapeutic treatment is not much, with the soothing effects of patchouli, the essential oil is well-known for its stress-relieving effects by reducing heart-beat rate, hypertension, and breathing. Thus, you may get an at-home spa feeling using patchouli essential oil. Using it blended with other carrier oil or essential oil is highly recommended!
Patchouli Essential Oil Uses
Like almost all other essential oils, it should be applied to blend with suitable carrier oils.
For topical use, VINEVIDA patchouli essential oil blends well with sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, or avocado oil as a carrier. For Aromatherapy, using a few drops of this oil in the vaporizer or diffuser is enough.
Diluting 2-3 drops in a regular bathtub should be enough
