Perfectly placed on the Ligurian Sea, fishing boats bob on gentle waves amongst luxury yachts in this pretty coastal village. Scent Profile 

NO. 3109 evokes the spring gardens of Portofino, with their abundant cascades of billowing white Acacia blossoms, that swirl and dance in the sea breeze, like scented confetti.

A deft blend of sharp Bergamot and crushed Orange and Violet leaves sink into the golden drops of Honey and Osmanthus blossoms. Soft Lilac blossoms and powdery Violet petals pair with waxy Orange Blossoms and dewy Roses for a layered and textured floral heartspace. 

It’s sensuously finished with seductive Musk and green notes of Balsam, before a flourish of rich, dark Vanilla accords. Yet, it is the drizzle of rich Honey that lingers with you for lasting effects.

Understanding The IFRA Guidelines for Maximum Dilution

Maximum dilution for this fragrance oil depends on the products you are planning on making. It should be noted that maximum dilutions are from a safety aspect only, based on the chemical composition of the oil.

In some cases these are very high, because all components are relatively benign. These amounts are not necessarily recommendations of how much to use in your recipe. They may smell too strong or make the item prohibitively expensive to produce.

As long as you remain below the advised limits, you can be as generous or as frugal as you like. Use more, use less. We’ll leave the creative stuff to you.

• NO. 3109 Fragrance Oil is not approved under IFRA safety guidelines for any kind of lip or mouth related products as per their categories 1 and 6.
