NO. 108 - Maple Honey Harvest is a complex and intriguing fragrance oil with multi-layers which develop over time. As it dries down and evolves, it offers a little extra depth and mystery. The sharp green zest of Bergamot and Lemon, the fresh green leaves of Coriander and ripe Pears get smothered and softened in gloopy drizzles of golden honey. 

While the bold honeyed heart wraps around golden amber, it’s a shimmering golden fiesta for the senses. Tonka beans have a soft vanilla-like aroma that brings comfort and a sense of familiarity, before the heavy hitting base notes make themselves known. 

Dry Cedarwood and powdery dark Musk entwine with the ancient and revered aroma of Oud. Yet, it is the final tendrils of smoky Tobacco leaves that add an air of mystery and aromatic magic to this richly autumnal fragrance oil.

Understanding The IFRA Guidelines for Maximum Dilution

Maximum dilution for this fragrance oil depends on the products you are planning on making. It should be noted that maximum dilutions are from a safety aspect only, based on the chemical composition of the oil.

In some cases these are very high, because all components are relatively benign. These amounts are not necessarily recommendations of how much to use in your recipe. They may smell too strong or make the item prohibitively expensive to produce.

As long as you remain below the advised limits, you can be as generous or as frugal as you like. Use more, use less. We’ll leave the creative stuff to you.

Blending NO. 178

We find it lends itself beautifully to blending with its comforting and luxurious range of aromatics. It makes for an extremely versatile and highly coveted fragrance oil for the modern scent connoisseur. Try blending it with:

• NO. 178 Fragrance Oil is not approved under IFRA safety guidelines for any kind of lip or mouth related products as per their categories 1 and 6.

We recommend testing a small amount before scaling up to larger size formulations. As with all VINEVIDA products.
