Autumn arrived so early here in the UK that I have already started making my diffuser blends for fall. I’ve moved from light florals and juicy fruits of summer fragrances into richer, warmer, and more comforting scents. Autumnal blends, laced with ripe apples and berry jewels, creamy Vanilla notes, soft velvety textures, and warm, inviting woods.

The glorious kaleidoscope of leaf colors is reaching its peak, and it’s the perfect invitation to add new fragrance notes to your diffuser blends for fall. The day and nighttime temperatures may have dropped a little, and you may be noticing more changes in your weather. It can make you feel a little chill and have you reaching for your first jumper of the season. Soft coniferous and balsamic notes in your background landscape give you a subtle, slow transition towards the full-on Pine fragrances of the holiday season.

Let me show you how easy it is to take a handful of fragrance oils and turn them into exciting and uplifting diffuser blends for fall.

Firstly, Have You Got the Right Fragrance Oil?

Here at VINEVIDA, we offer two different variations of fragrance oils, and it's essential to ensure you are using the correct one in your diffuser.

If you have Nebulizing and Cold Air Diffusers (CAD), you will need the Diffuser fragrance oil. It has been specifically formulated for these types of diffusers. Therefore, it should not be used for any other application. 

VINEVIDA’S Soaps & Candles variation may be used in differing types of aromatherapy and candle burning diffusers. They can also be put to good use in toiletries, skin care, and, of course, soaps and candles. They are incredibly versatile and offer you fantastic potential.

If you are in any doubt, please consult your diffuser's instructions directly from the manufacturer.

For All Diffuser Blends For Fall

You Will Need:
    • Small measuring cup or jug
    • Small bottle funnel
    • 10ml bottle with dropper insert and lid
    • Oil and waterproof label
Safety:

    • It is advisable to wear protective gloves while handling undiluted fragrance oils

Method:
    1. It’s very simple. Measure out your fragrance oils and combine them.
    2. Mix until thoroughly combined and evenly distributed.
    3. Use a small-sized bottle funnel; it will help keep the bottle clean and oil-free, which will help your label adhere more readily.
    4. Decant the oils into a 10ml bottle and add the dropper insert and lid.
    5. Label clearly, listing all ingredients on an oil and waterproof label.
    6. Add a production date to the label and a 12-month expiry date.
How To Use:
    1. If it is appropriate, dilute the oil mix, but only if it is advised by your diffuser’s manufacturer's instructions.
    2. Follow the guidelines set out in your diffuser’s operating instructions.
