NO. 1902 Fragrance Oil for Cold Air Diffusers
NO. 1902 is a Woody Oriental fragrance for women and men. This fragrance was a conscious rejection of Vanilla as a gourmand, or sweet, edible aroma. Instead, inspiration was drawn from antiquity and the subtle Vanilla aromas that historical woods and resins often possess. This fragrance is more about the materiality of the antiques, rather than the delicious, edible, comfort and succor of sweet Vanilla.
Dark, woody, emotional. A lingering atmospheric note.

Scent Profile
NO. 1902 opens like soft, dry, evening sunlight through a dust haze. It is a pale glow of fleeting Lemon, like light hitting richly patinated varnish. Dry coniferous notes suggest wooden beams and antique cabinetry. Freesia remains muted, restrained and distant so it feels like entering an old room where the shutters have just been opened, gentle light, floating dust, and a quiet stillness.
The fragrance’s resinous spine is built in the heart notes with a plush ambered warmth, evoking polished surfaces and creating a long-lasting, resinous glow. A ghostly floral nuance haunts the heart, dry, abstract, and almost faded, like timeworn objects. Plum notes add polish and Cedarwood oozes subtle spice and architectural structure, reinforcing the woody core. At the base of the heartspace we find the glimmering surface of the pool of Vanilla, that is not yet sweet, but shadowed and wrapped in dry woods and golden resin.
The soul of the scent lives in the base notes where Vanilla emerges slowly, restrained and unsugared. It is a true impression of Vanilla, dark and contemplative, sink into its alluring depths. Balsam and Cistus add smooth, polished texture, like varnish on wood, warm, tactile, and enduring.
Choose NO. 1902 for its evocative archived Vanilla, antique woods, and incense-darkened interiors, rather than for gourmand sweetness. Fleeting citrus and soft, floral shadows meet ambered balsamic depth and a lingering pool of dark, woody, Vanilla. It is an aroma that is balanced, contemplative, and non-performative.
