How Much Fragrance Oil Should I Use In Candles?

Most candles use between 4% and 10% fragrance oil, depending on the wax, wick, and scent strength you’re aiming for. Always check your wax manufacturer’s guidelines and test small batches first.

Like most suppliers, we do not recommend using more than 10% fragrance oil in any type of wax. This is because it can change the consistency and structure of the wax and destabilize it. 

Can I Use Fragrance Oil In Soy Candles?

Yes, our candle fragrance oils are specifically engineered to perform well in soy wax. Some fragrance varieties, especially the lighter intensity scents, may need a slightly higher load in soy wax to achieve a strong scent aroma.
