NO. 181 - Ethereal is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance for women and men, capturing the beauty and radiance of a misty autumn morning. Low slung silvered mist glimmers with pale golden light as the sun starts its skyward arc. Dew drops on green leaves infuse with the burgeoning light to become shimmering diamonds of water. 

This ethereal and beautiful atmosphere is impossible to contain, we are unable to hold it back, or stop it. We simply have to watch it diminish and vanish into the warming day and strengthening sunlight, as it leaves just its memory, gently imprinted on our heart.

Scent Profile

A soft, diffusive burst of citrus light shines through the autumnal veil of mist with radiant tones of Bergamot, Lemon and Mandarin. Refreshing crushed green leaves evoke cool, moving air, and gently invigorating energy.

The heart magically suspends delicate, translucent petals in mid-air. Pale pink Cyclamen drift into Wild Roses and the aquatic notes of Water Lily. A thousand white startlets of waxy Jasmine are doused in a powdery dusting of Iris and shimmering droplets of dew.

Maximum dilution for this fragrance oil depends on the products you are planning on making. It should be noted that maximum dilutions are from a safety aspect only, based on the chemical composition of the oil.

In some cases these are very high, because all components are relatively benign. These amounts are not necessarily recommendations of how much to use in your recipe. They may smell too strong or make the item prohibitively expensive to produce.

As long as you remain below the advised limits, you can be as generous or as frugal as you like. Use more, use less. We’ll leave the creative stuff to you.

Blending NO. 181

We find it lends itself beautifully to blending with its weightless and translucent range of aromatics. It makes for an extremely versatile and highly coveted fragrance oil for the modern scent connoisseur.

Its lightweight nature and translucency are perfect for blending and NO. 181 should become an important part of your blending collection. It can be used to bolster Amber and Musk bases and introduce translucent florals, therefore, it is particularly useful for balancing green or citrus based colognes.
