Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil Uses

For Topical use, it is essential to blend Cinnamon oil with other carrier oils like coconut oil, olive oil, mineral oil, etc. It is recommended to use one drop of Cinnamon oil per 30 to 40 mL of carrier oil for safe use. If used accordingly, they can be beneficial for you
For Aromatherapy, one to two drops of Cinnamon oil or a mixture of Cinnamon oil with other suited Essential Oils can be used in the vaporizer or diffuser.
