NO. 1003 Fragrance Oil

1003 Fragrance Oil is not a pure essential oil, but rather contains fixatives to make a longer-lasting and more fragrant product. It works beautifully for Candle Making, Soap Making, and in Personal Care Applications such as Lotion, Shampoo, and Liquid Soap. This list is not exhaustive, and we invite you to play, create and invent a million other ways to use it. We recommend you test a small amount before scaling up to larger-size formulations. Scent Profile

24K Magic By W Hotel Fragrance Oil starts with the citrus notes of Bergamot and Lemon. The greener notes of Lemongrass entangle with Jasmine, fragrant Lilies and subtle Magnolias. Koa wood and alluring Musk linger for a spicy, woody finish. Very grown up and complex blend of delicious fragrances suitable for a variety of uses.

Aromatherapy 

24K Magic By W Hotel Fragrance Oil invites you into the garden on a midsummer night. Bowers festooned with Jasmine, flanked by unbelievably fragrant lilies and with a second flush of the subtle magnolias. Lemon and Bergamot trees bring fresh, clean top notes and the Koa Wood and Musk linger for a spicy, woody finish.

Candles

Gorgeous for the sitting room to make you feel refreshed, invigorated but able to kick back and relax too. Great to snuggle up with a book or one of those movies that you have to watch.

Custom Soap and Bath Products

Add a few drops to the cold process or melt and pour soaps to fragrance your bathroom beautifully.

Air Fresheners and Linen Sprays

Dilute a couple of drops of 24K Magic By W Hotel Fragrance Oil into a teaspoon of alcohol, then fill up your spray bottle with water. Freshen the furniture, sheets and the carpet.

Crafting Projects

IFRA Guidelines for Maximum Dilution

Maximum dilution for this fragrance oil depends on the products you are planning on making. It should be noted that maximum dilutions are from a safety aspect only, based on the chemical composition of the oil. In some cases these are very high, because all components are relatively benign. These amounts are not necessarily recommendations of how much to use in your recipe. They may smell too strong or make the item prohibitively expensive to produce. As long as you remain below the advised limits, you can be as generous or parsimonious as you like. Use more, use less. We’ll leave the creative stuff to you.

Based on the ingredients used, as per the International Fragrance Regulation Authority, the following maximum dilutions apply. 

Directions for Use

Candles

Candles and related scented items fall under Category 12 of the IFRA safety standards. 24K Magic By W Hotel Fragrance Oil has no restrictions on use for category 12. Feel free to use as much or as little as pleases your nose. 

Soaps and Bathroom Fragrances

24K Magic By W Hotel Fragrance Oil lends itself well to bathroom products. Maximum dilution for personal care applications such as lotion shampoo and liquid soap or any other IFRA category 9 product is 14.37%.This category also covers laundry pretreatment and cleaning products.

Maximum dilution for making an aerosol room spray or any other item that will be propelled using a pump is category 10B and 45.00%.

Hand Made Perfumery

Fragrance oils make wonderful additions to hand made perfumes. For cologne in category 3B designed to be applied to freshly shaved skin, a maximum dilution of 2.37% is appropriate. This would apply to both Eau de Toilettes or fine fragrances. For hydro-alcoholic perfumery products in category 3A, designed to be used on unshaved skin, a maximum dilution of 2.37%.

If you decide to use 24K Magic By W Hotel Fragrance Oil in deodorant or antiperspirant products in category 2, the maximum dilution is 0.91%. This applies to either roll on or body spray products.

Body Care

As per the IFRA regulations, the maximum safe dilution for 24K Magic By W Hotel Fragrance Oil For category 5A is set at 4.27% if it is used for body creams, foot care products, insect repellents or talcum powder.

For specialized hand creams or to fragrance hand sanitizers in category 5C, maximum dilution would be 4.27%.

Safety Caution

24K Magic By W Hotel Fragrance Oil is not approved under IFRA safety guidelines for any kind of lip or mouth related products as per their categories 1 and 6.
